Located in the charming village of La Pointe in Bouchemaine, this rental is set in a former 16th-century mill, transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in 1872. The property accommodates up to 2 guests in about 30 m². You will have a bedroom with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two singles, and a bathroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker for your breakfasts. Other amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, gas boiler heating with adjustable radiators in each room, and a fan for your comfort. One pet is welcome, but no more. Enjoy a private garden and the tower’s open terrace with spectacular views of the confluence of the Maine and Loire rivers. A private hot tub is also available for you to relax after your walks, for an additional fee. There is an outdoor, shared parking space on the property, as well as a shared bicycle storage room in a locked garage. Parties are not allowed. Restaurants and cafés on Place Ruzebouc by the river are within easy walking distance. Angers is just 10 minutes away by car, and Saumur and the Loire castles are nearby. The region is full of vineyards and offers beautiful walks and bike rides.
